I have a Masters of Science degree in Clinical Psychology with expertise in health, nutrition, family dynamics and positive psychology.

I have worked with individuals, couples, families and various teams and groups.

My Approach

Modaki Life Coaching is an approach to better living that rides on the idea that lasting change happens overtime when mindful control is exercised in the present and strengths are valued higher than weaknesses.

Thoughts, emotions and actions are all probing instruments that assess the state of being and also tools that effectuate wellness.
